About Zoom Phone
Zoom Phone is the cloud phone system in Zoom Workplace.
Zoom Phone + Slant
Connect Zoom Phone from Settings → Phone and SMS. Slant syncs six months of history, and authorized shared Team SMS lines can be used as sending numbers. Click Call and Slant opens the Zoom desktop app to dial.
Texts and calls appear on the Phone tab of clients, prospects, other contacts and businesses, matched by phone number. After the first sync, new messages and calls sync automatically.

Text clients from their record
Send from the Phone tab, start from an SMS template filled with the client's details, and pick which of your numbers to send from.
Opt-outs handled for you
Replies like STOP mark the number as opted out and block further texts. START resubscribes it.
One Zoom connection
Firms that also use Zoom Scheduler can reuse the same Zoom authorization.
