Intulse + Slant
An Intulse admin authorizes the connection once, then a Slant admin chooses the extensions and SMS numbers for each book and who may send from each number. Teammates don't connect individually.
Slant syncs 12 months of call history, and SMS history once enabled. Texts and calls appear on the Phone tab of clients, prospects, other contacts and businesses, matched by phone number. After the first sync, new messages and calls sync automatically.
